Extremely Disappointing Experience – Major Delays and Poor Quality In my experience, working with AMA almost ruined my business. They did not live up to their promises at all. My order was delayed by three months from the original agreed date. The explanation I received was that “the owner had a bigger order he wanted to give priority to.” That meant my order was pushed aside, with no regard for the impact on my business or deadlines. When the products finally arrived, the quality was mediocre to bad,  wrong colors were used, different sizes were used, and poor finish quality was overall. The items did not match the expectations set during discussions and sampling, and I could not rely on them for my customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend AMA. If you choose to work with them, be very careful, get everything clearly documented, and understand that delivery times and quality may not match what is promised.
